1. Service description

LinkSale provides tools to create and publish public link pages, customize design, manage links, and view analytics according to your subscription plan.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account data up to date.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and devices.
• You must keep access credentials and sign-in methods secure.

3. Content and links you publish

You are solely responsible for content, links, and media you publish through LinkSale. You confirm that you have all rights necessary for that content and that it does not violate laws, third-party rights, or platform rules.

4. Prohibited use

Without limitation, you may not use LinkSale for:

• illegal content or activity;
• malware, phishing, fraud, or deceptive schemes;
• copyright or trademark infringement;
• harassment, abuse, or harmful content;
• attempts to bypass security or technical restrictions.

5. Subscription and billing

VIP subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store, renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before period end, and are managed in your Apple account settings.

Plan features are available only while a valid subscription is active. When a subscription expires or is canceled, account capabilities automatically return to the free plan limits.

6. Availability, changes, and updates

We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue features at any time, including for security, legal, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using LinkSale at any time and delete your account in app settings. We may suspend or terminate access in case of policy violations, abuse, fraud risk, or legal obligations.

8. Intellectual property

The LinkSale service, branding, software, and design elements are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of LinkSale IP to you.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

LinkSale is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, uptime levels, or uninterrupted access.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LinkSale is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption resulting from your use of the service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of LinkSale after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
